Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Universal QR purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

✓ We offer a 7-day return policy on all unused, undamaged QR tags from the date of delivery.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • The product was received damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product has not been used (QR sticker not applied) and is returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product was lost in transit.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Products that have been stuck/applied to a vehicle, helmet, or luggage.
  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper application.
  • Change of mind after the product has been activated in the app.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund or return:

  • Email us at support@universalqr.in with your order number and reason.
  • Attach photos of the product if it was received damaged.
  • We will respond within 2 business days.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the request is made before the item is dispatched. Once dispatched, the standard return policy applies. To cancel, email us immediately at support@universalqr.in with your order number.
