By purchasing or using Universal QR products and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. The Service
Universal QR provides QR-based vehicle and luggage identification tags. When scanned, these tags display emergency contact information you have configured. We act as a technology platform and are not responsible for how third parties use the displayed information.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid Indian mobile number to use our services. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide.
3. Orders and Payments
- All prices are inclusive of GST.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
- We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of pricing errors or stock issues, with a full refund.
- Payment is processed securely through Razorpay.
4. QR Tag Activation
Each QR tag is linked to your account upon delivery. You must activate it by logging into your profile and entering the vehicle / luggage details. Unactivated tags display a default emergency screen.
5. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for keeping your emergency contact information up to date.
- Do not enter false or misleading information.
- Do not use the service for any illegal purpose.
- Keep your account credentials (OTP) confidential.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, designs, text, and code — is the property of Universal QR. You may not copy or reproduce any part of this site without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Universal QR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our service. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
